Online Registration is now open for students who will be attending school for the 2026/2027 school year.
Step 1: Please register your returning student(s) using your Parent Portal account by Clicking Here, and then clicking Campus Parent. After you log in you must click the "More" link on the bottom left of the screen, and then select "Online Registration". ALL students must have a completed registration on file before the school year starts.
Step 2: Please complete the Meal Benefits Form using your Portal account. After you log in you must click the "More" link on the bottom left of the screen, and then select "Meal Benefits". Completing this form insures that all Rowan County students continue to receive free breakfast and lunch at school.
Step 3: If you are requesting a school outside of your attendance zone, or are a nonresident, you must also complete the "26-27 Nonresident or Out of Zone Application". After you log in you must click the "More" link on the bottom left of the screen, "Online Registration", and choose the "26-27 Nonresident or Out of Zone Application" option.
If you need to request a parent portal account, or need to reset your username or password, please use the "Forgot Password Link" on the log in screen or contact your child's school directly.
Kindergarten students:
Any child who will be five years old by August 1 is eligible to enroll.
Please bring any of the following items that you may have to the school:
Proof of Birth
Social Security Card (optional)
Immunization Certificate (must be on the Kentucky Immunization Form)
Physical (must be on the Kentucky Preventitive Health Form)
Vision (must be on Kentucky Eye Examination Form for School Entry)
Dental Screening after the age of 5 (must be on Kentucky Dental Exam Report)
