The Rowan County Schools Special Education Department has partnered with more than ten community organizations to host a transition fair, "Partners in Possibilities", for families of individuals with disabilities.  This event will provide families and students the opportunity to connect with agencies and community partners that support individuals as they transition to adulthood.
