Coaches & Officials,

Thank you for entering our Invitational. It looks like we will get favorable weather! I have attached a parking/facilities map. Buses will drop off athletes at the main entrance gate and proceed to the bus parking area in front of the Intermediate School Gym. Spectators will use the parking lots. We will have parking attendants on site to help direct traffic. There is a gravel and grass team tent area behind the bleachers. No team camps or tents are permitted in the bleachers. There are restrooms available at the concessions building but no locker rooms.

Questions regarding entries should be directed to David Clark jedimasteremeritus@GMAIL.COM Questions regarding the meet venue should be directed to me.

I have also attached an order of events. Please review these as there are some minor changes to the order of events that was originally published with the entry information. There will be a coaches meeting at the finish line at 10:15. Please bring your entry fees to the coaches meeting. At the coaches meeting we will assign relay exchange zone duties.

All running event check in will be done with the race clerk next to the starting line. Please have your athletes check in no later than 2nd call. Field event check in is at the event. All the field events are very near the race check in area with the exception of PV. Athletes can check in and go back to the field event until the race begins if necessary. Athletes may use the area of the soccer field not designated as a discus throwing sector to warm up. Results will be posted on the outside of the concessions building. Award packet pickup is at the “Track Shack” by the finish line. Medals to the top 3, ribbons 4 thru 8. Top 2 team trophies. Male and female high point trophy.

Please encourage your parents to bring portable seating if they desire. The bleacher seating is limited but the design of the facility allows for many amphitheater style opportunities for viewing the field events and portions of the track events. No parents are allowed in the infield area but the perimeter of the track is available to them.

This is a very manageable size meet. We opened up the entry limitations to allow you to get a look at a number of athletes since it is so early in the year. We hope you enjoy the event. Safe travels on Saturday.

ALL running events will check in at the check in area behind the starting line. Athletes need to report to the check in on second call. Our track facility is designed in a way that all field events except the pole vault are adjacent to the check in area. This will enable athletes to check in and then report back to their field event until their event is ready to run.
