This is my 12th year teaching and I have taught a variety of grades. This is my fourth year teaching in Rowan County. I am excited to join the Clearfield family this year and teach 4th grade. I am looking forward to teaching 4th and 5th grade Science!
My husband is a professor at MSU and we have two children that we adore. My son is in second grade, and my daughter is in preschool.

Try to encourage your child to make healthy snack choices. It's easy to just grab a bag of chips and sit on the couch and watch t.v. , but with the pretty weather I want to encourage you and your family to get out and get active.Take a family walk each evening. Try to have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in the fridge for your child to choose from when they get the munchies. I bet if you don't have the other stuff to choose from, your child will start making healthier choices!
