Make time for an evening of stirring music with the combined talents of the Morehead State University Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Susan Creasap, and the Rowan County Senior High School Concert Band, under the direction of Kevin Christie. The free concert, titled "War and Peace" will feature patriotic works and music specifically commissioned to commemorate wartime endeavors.
